(LOCATION: Surf City NC) The Cruisers Yachts 5000 Sport Sedan is a full-featured motor yacht with style, luxurious accommodations, and performance. The 5000, designed to be a step above cruisers in her class, features a large flybridge, cockpit, and a three stateroom interior with space and comfort. Whether you are planning a day on water or a vacation escape, this 50' MY has the room and features to accommodate.
On deck we have a carpeted flybridge with radar arch, bimini top, and full enclosure. The bridge features a centerline helm, triple-wide helm seat with adjustable center seat and a wraparound guest lounge with two tables. A wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker makes entertaining a breeze. Steps forward lead below to the lower helm and salon and a stairway aft leads below the spacious cockpit. The cockpit features hard top and full enclosure. The bridge and cockpit provide fresh air venues for relaxing or entertaining with Eisenglass enclosures for weather protection. A transom door gives access to the extended swim platform with transom shower. The swim platform has hydraulic lift and PWC chocks. The foredeck has stainless steel bow rail, bow pulpit, anchor roller, anchor, and windlass. A dockside ladder is included for easy boarding.
The carpeted salon has a large L-shaped leather settee to with cherry table facing an entertainment center with Sony television with DirectTV, DVD, and Bose stereo with CD player. The galley is located to starboard, with cherry cabinets, solid surface counter top, stainless steel double sink, electric cook top, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and built-in microwave/convection oven. Forward port side is a large wraparound dinette with cherry dining table. Center forward is a sweeping lower helm with captain's chair.
There are three staterooms. The forward VIP stateroom has island queen berth, under-berth storage, hanging locker, and private head access. The forward head compartment has mirrored vanity and shower stall. The guest cabin has twin berths, under-berth storage, hanging locker, and washer & dryer. The master stateroom has island queen berth, under-berth storage, dresser, hanging locker, and ensuite head with mirrored vanity and shower stall. There are ample accommodations for overnight and extended stays.
Fitted with upper and lower helms, with full instrumentation at each, it's captain's choice. Navigation is aided by a Raymarine RL70C radar with chart plotter, Raymarine ST60 TriData (wind - speed - water temp) displays, Raytheon 7000 auto pilot, and VHF marine radios. Entertainment electronics include: Sony television, DirectTV, DVD player, CD player, and a Bose Sound System.
This Cruisers 5000 is powered by twin Caterpillar 660-hp engines that provide long-lasting, dependable, and economical diesel power.
